A Letter from TechSolve’s President:
Dear Manufacturer,
Last week was an emotional and complex one, as news of the Coronavirus halted many organizations and programs. Understandably, there is alarm and distress as to what is to come next. To persevere, we must adopt a forward-looking attitude and exercise resiliency. All businesses across all sectors will be affected to some degree. However, it is your reaction that will leave a lasting impact on your business and employees, not just the Coronavirus.
Despite travel restrictions and social distancing, TechSolve doesn’t expect to miss a beat in delivering high-quality service to our customers. We will maintain our relationships and standing meetings through video calls, as well as shift our Spring events to an online platform.
Additionally, the Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) National Network is actively looking for solutions to provide the appropriate support for its manufacturers. To minimize disruption, TechSolve is here as your guide in this time of uncertainty. As Southwest Ohio’s dedicated MEP, our priority is to serve manufacturers and to find the best solutions for your needs.
I encourage you to email TechSolve and let us know how you are struggling. We’ll do our best to secure the appropriate resources to position you for success as we weather this crisis together.
TechSolve has compiled a list of COVID-19 reliefs programs and resources for Ohio Manufacturers here.
Sincerely,
David
