Innes Strategy Group
Innes Strategy applies a practical organizational culture framework for local government organizations. This is based on its experiences in organizational development, strategic planning, and restructuring not meeting set objectives in those organizations. This is from an underlying philosophy that managing culture enhances the overall effectiveness of organizations while creating a better workplace with increased staff satisfaction.
Over the last 18 years Innes Strategy has developed and progressed a range of managerial tools to help local government organizations utilize their culture. Innes Strategy has a formal business partnership with the newly established Alliance for Innovation (formerly the Innovations Groups).
