MetalMax
A partnership with Manufacturing Laboratories, Inc. (MLI), MetalMAX™ is a comprehensive, machine-tool dynamic characterization system that contains all of the hardware and software needed to conduct stability zone analysis (frequency analysis) and data acquisition. The hardware is configured to the specific needs of each customer. The software is a dynamic measurement and simulation package that is used to predict and fine tune chatter free spindle speeds.

- Obtain maximum permissible depths/widths of cut and dynamic cutting forces
