Pathways for Continuous Improvement® creates more innovative and adaptive organizations that can spend more time growing, and less time managing their in-house operations. This six month long program teaches designated teams from participating companies, the tools and techniques to transform their business and their mindset across all functions of the organization.

The program is designed to pull you outside of the box, using the same project steps as other participants, but with different “attacking” methods. Each participating team will discover their own “pot holes” and learn what solutions to implement, and how to continually track the changes and actively improve over time.
