MTSBDC Approach

TechSolve’s Manufacturing Technology Business Development Center (MTSBDC) counselors perform an initial interview in which a client’s needs, problems, and opportunities are diagnosed and a plan is developed to fill those needs. We will analyze your situation and assist you in solving specific concerns or arrange sessions with experts such as accountants, lawyers, and other professionals.

Phase 1: Detailed Assessment:

  • Prepare a summary of the internal and external factors affecting your company
  • Review your company’s financial history, business goals, and operations
  • List a number of options and offer recommendations for accomplishing your goals
  • Provide you with a list of resources you can use to implement the project

Phase 2: Implementation

A variety of services are available. TechSolve’s MTSBDC will assist you directly or identify and contact the appropriate outside resources if necessary.

If you need more than counseling, TechSolve will assist you in solving specific problems. TechSolve’s experts are able to look at all functions of an organization and help develop a plan based on improved strategy and operational efficiency in the appropriate areas. If TechSolve cannot provide a solution to your needs, we arrange sessions with experts who can provide the special expertise you require.

Our services include one-on-one counseling, financial assistance information, marketing strategy and planning, cash flow analysis, financial management, benchmarking, market opportunity analysis, and business plan preparation. TechSolve’s MTSBDC partners with small manufacturing business owners so they can invest their time and energy in driving their organizations toward long-term growth.
