CFSM Small Business (CFSM)

TechSolve’s CFSM Small Business (CFSM) was established to provide free and confidential business development and growth services to existing and start-up businesses in the Manufacturing and Technology industries. With offices in both Cincinnati and Dayton, we provide counseling in the following areas: strategic planning, operations, management, human relations, marketing and sales.

Eligibility
Assistance from an CFSM is available to anyone interested in beginning a small business for the first time or improving or expanding an existing small business, who cannot afford the services of a private consultant.

Consulting & Coaching
Established businesses receive free long-term consultation and coaching in the areas of business plan preparation, strategic planning, financial forecasting and analysis, market planning and more. This program is offered through a partnership between the Ohio Department of Development and the U.S. Small Business Administration.
