CutPro is an advanced machining simulation software that can help manufacturers:

Since 1986, Professor Y. Altintas has supervised the Manufacturing Automation Laboratory's efforts to develop an embedded advanced machining science in the CutPro software. Over 25 engineers add new information and modules regarding machining processes to the software every few months.
ShopPro
ShopPro, also developed by MAL, is an easy to use, entry level software that can be utilized for testing and chatter vibration avoidance. ShopPro is a perfect tool for machine tool operators and production engineers because of its built-in guidance and its simple graphical user interface. Users of ShopPro will be able to naturally migrate to the more advanced CutPro as they build their technological sophistication while avoiding initial costly software, instrument, and training investments.
