A partnership with TechSolve and the University of Cincinnati
The human being is a complex machine. Many inputs or stimuli can either motivate a person to work at top efficiency and effectiveness or cause a demand that creates a bottleneck. Human and machine/process must interface in the manufacturing world effectively to create products with the least amount of disruption and waste.

Work Compatibility is a holistic approach to improving worker performance by removing the barriers and stresses that create unsafe work conditions, inefficiencies, and quality issues, thus improving productivity, safety, and product quality. The model and diagnostic were jointly developed by the University of Cincinnati and TechSolve to assist organizations in identification of underlying root causes for excess demands placed on workers that inhibit their job efficiency and effectiveness. After conducting the diagnostic, TechSolve develops a plan for implementation and assigns metrics to track progress towards reaching company goals. The work compatibility diagnostic is ideal for organizations that wish to determine the:
  -   Root cause for accidents and injuries
Root cause for absenteeism and turnover
  -   Capacity of their existing workforce
  -   Reasoning for downtime and process inefficiencies related to the workforce and not just the machinery         or the process
