Lean Leader, Michigan
Kate Wilcox has served as Quality and Outcomes Coordinator for a tertiarycare hospital, where she led clinical quality projects ranging from increasing immunization rates to reduction of ventilator-associated pneumonia. Her Lean experience includes work within surgical services as well as clinical quality initiatives.
Kate holds her Bachelor of Arts in Speech and Communications from Albion College, and her Master of Education in Curriculum, Instruction, and Leadership from Oakland University. She received her Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the Crittenton Hospital Process Engineering Program.
Kate is based in Michigan, and supports Lean projects for TechSolve clients within Surgical Services.
Lean Leader, Oklahoma
Nate Beaulac has been able to develop his team facilitation skills throughout his career, starting with his experience in a well-known law firm and continuing through his work as a group and event coordinator. Joining the Cancer Treatment Centers of America, he took on the responsibilities of a Lean Six Sigma specialist to coordinate multiple improvement projects and lead strategic planning sessions.
Nate is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt through the International Capital and Management Company. He has a certificate in Lean for Healthcare from the University of Michigan.
Nate is based in Oklahoma, and leads Lean projects for TechSolve clients within Surgical Services.
Lean Leader, Alabama
Tim Lowe began his Lean journey at the Toyota Motor Manufacturing plant in Kentucky, where he served in multi-roles over 17 years before turning to Lean improvement within healthcare. Following his experience as a Senior Lean Healthcare Consultant for a national company, Tim served as the System Director of Lean Six Sigma Performance Improvement for a large multi-hospital system, where he developed the inaugural Lean Team.
Tim’s experience includes leading and facilitating system-wide Lean transformation projects that are patient and customer-centered and deliver on-time quality results.
Tim is based in Alabama, and leads Lean projects for TechSolve clients within Emergency Services.
Lean Leader, Michigan
Todd Sperl began his career in the areas of research and project management for workforce development and organizational effectiveness. After rising to leadership positions within healthcare, Todd was selected to initiate the Lean Six Sigma program at a major academic health system. Growing the program to cover system-wide projects, a multi-million dollar financial improvement was validated.
In addition to providing Lean leadership for projects across North America, Todd has co-authored several books on Lean practice. He holds his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, and his Master of Science in Industrial / Organizational Psychology from St. Mary’s University.
Todd is based in Michigan, and leads Lean projects for TechSolve clients within Emergency Services.
