Tackling Technical Vulnerabilities Through a Holistic Cyber Assessment
Tuesday, March 17th from 8 – 9:30 AM
Determine your organization’s technical vulnerabilities that require immediate remediation to keep your business operations functioning and identify steps to take to thoroughly evaluate your cyber-risks. Review an objective third-party cybersecurity score of your current online presence and learn what this score does and does not tell you about your current state of security so you can begin to mitigate your risk to attacks.
Takeaway: Leave with an actionable list of risks your company is exposed to through its current online presence and priority steps to take towards mitigating them immediately. Begin the process of a more comprehensive cyber risk assessment that looks beyond these online risks to identify other key areas that require priority remediation.
Kick-Starting Your Cyber Policies & Employee Training
Wednesday, March 18th from 8 – 9:30 AM
Often, employees are gateways to your company’s vulnerabilities. With proper cyber policies and employee onboarding programs, you can build a stronger front line of defense to mitigate risk to cyberattacks.
Takeaway: This working session will lead you through identifying the policies and employee training your organization currently lacks and how to develop and implement them to reduce your cyber-related risks.
Implementing Cybersecurity Strategy in Your Business Plan
Thursday, March 19th from 8 – 9:30 AM
Evaluate how your company’s intellectual properties, computers, software, cybersecurity insurance, budgeting, etc. creates gaps in your cyber-risk mitigation. From there, understand how cybersecurity should be incorporated into business planning to fill those gaps.
Takeaway: You will walk away having developed a personalized and prioritized path to address the risks in your current and future business plan.
