On September 29, 2020, the Department of Defense (DoD) issued an interim rule implementing its Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) program. The rule introduces the DoD Assessment Methodology, a new mandatory construct, to serve as an interim certification process before contractors undergo a full CMMC review.
During the webinar, our speakers will provide a breakdown of the new interim rule and what it means for DoD contractors. The speakers will also review how manufacturers in the defense industrial base can prepare themselves for the new assessment, which becomes effective November 30, 2020.
