Cybersecurity Requirements for Defense Manufacturers
November 17 I 8:30 am – 12:00 pm
TechSolve I Cincinnati, OH (in-person event)
Free for manufacturers in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana (limited to the first 35 registrants)
about the event
A “no-nonsense” breakdown of how you should respond to new regulations and requirements going into effect November 2020.
On September 29, 2020, the Department of Defense (DoD) issued an interim rule implementing its Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) program. The rule introduces the DoD Assessment Methodology, a new mandatory construct, to serve as an interim certification process before contractors undergo a full CMMC review.
During the event, our speakers will provide a full description of the new interim rule and what it means for DoD contractors. The speakers will also review how manufacturers in the defense industrial base can prepare themselves for the new assessment, which becomes effective November 30, 2020.
To ensure the safety of our speakers and event attendees, the event is limited to 35 registrants.
For those that are not comfortable attending a live in-person event or are unable to make it, we encourage you to attend our webinar version of this event later in the day. You can find more information on the webinar version here.
