Manufacturing Day 2020

By October 2, 2020 November 23rd, 2020 No Comments

Manufacturing Day 2020 (and month) is here!

This year’s #MFGDay20 is very different than we expected, however, there is still much to celebrate. Like any great manufacturer in the face of adversity, challenge is met with innovation. A true testament to the spirit of Manufacturing Day, and an inspiring sentiment to our next generation of workers. Ohio has overcome the current circumstances and rallied together to build a community resource page hosted at https://makingohio.com/careers/virtual-tours/ featuring virtual tours, online games, videos, and educational curriculum available to every woman, man, and child in Ohio!

Please find a list of highlighted Ohio Manufacturing Month items below to share with others so they’ll learn about the importance of manufacturing in Ohio and the availability of fulfilling, well-paying, diverse, and debt-free career options offered in Ohio’s manufacturing community.

We also have listed multiple programs that TechSolve, the Southwest Ohio MEP, is helping the state of Ohio to administer in order to continually invest in its most important asset – the Ohio Manufacturing Workforce!
