FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE (Cincinnati, OH) – TechSolve, a leading Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) cybersecurity services provider to Southwest Ohio manufacturers, announces its status as an approved Registered Provider Organization (RPO) by the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification Accreditation Body (CMMC-AB).
As one of the first Ohio MEP centers to offer compliance services and have cybersecurity experts on staff, TechSolve has been the choice option in Southwest Ohio for manufacturers to become Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) 252.204-7012 compliant utilizing the National Institute of Standards and Technology Special Publication (NIST SP) 800-171 framework. In addition to achieving RPO status, TechSolve is developing new cybersecurity services to meet the additional controls related to Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) compliance.
TechSolve’s cybersecurity compliance services come at a critical time as manufacturers are under heavy scrutiny and must undergo self-attestation and audits by the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) to show proof of their compliance within the cybersecurity standards outlined in NIST SP 800-171.
As an RPO, TechSolve is authorized to provide consulting services to defense contractors seeking to become audit ready for the CMMC certification. DFARS and CMMC compliance services include risk and vulnerability assessments, cost analysis, and documentation development for System Security Plans (SSP). TechSolve will help manufacturers working with their prime or contract officer to determine the required CMMC maturity level, become audit and certification ready, and maintain compliance post certification.
“We are excited to be one of the pioneer MEP centers to receive RPO status from the CMMC-AB. To ensure we’re delivering on our promise to meet our manufacturers where they are, we’ve carefully crafted a comprehensive cybersecurity program to implement NIST SP 800-171 framework and have experts on staff that can advise on CMMC certification.” – David Linger, President and CEO of TechSolve, Inc.
Executing TechSolve’s cybersecurity services is a strong team of qualified cybersecurity experts, including Wesly Alig a CMMC-AB Registered Practitioner (RP), ready to assist manufacturers throughout their CMMC journey.
TechSolve has taken its responsibility to strengthen national security innovation and expand the capabilities of Ohio’s defense manufacturing seriously. Along with TechSolve’s status as an Ohio Defense Manufacturing Community Center, they are established members of the following groups: The Ohio Defense Manufacturing Community Delivery Team, The Ohio National Guard’s Cyber Collaboration Committee (OC3), The NIST MEP Cybersecurity Working Group, and The Ohio MEP Cybersecurity Working Group.
TechSolve is dedicated to the continued growth of the manufacturing community in Southwest Ohio, and serving as a key resource for its manufacturers. To learn more about the CMMC Levels, how to maintain DoD contracts, or how TechSolve can support your compliance journey, fill out the form below.
